.
If you are at my stop, that means you just left Tracy's blog. Don't you just love everything she has made. I sure do!
Because it was my children's first day back to school, things were busy. I work in the main office at their elementary school and OMG was it ever busy. Our school hours changed this year and the end of the day dismissal was crazy. The buses were running so late that it was 6:00pm by the time the last bus left the school to bring the kids home. That is 2 hours after they were originally dismissed!. Tomorrow is another day, so I'm hhoping for a much better day.
Due to the craziness of yesterday, I threw together a quick card for you. I love Christmas and snowmen, but I am not quite ready for the season to start. Because of this, I am still holding onto some colors that remind me more of summer.
The card base is made from Night of Navy cardstock and I used a little Designer Series Paper from the Cheerful Treat collection which can be found in the hostess section of this year's catalog. I used the Two Tags die in Certainly Celery and stamped my images in Night of Navy ink and used White Craft ink to stamp some snowflakes towards the top of the card. Isn't the Merry Winter stamp set the cutest!. I finished off the card with Scallop Dots Ribbon in Melon Mambo, which is new to Stampin Up. What a gorgeous color.
Well, that is my quick and simple card I have for you today. I hope you enjoy it. Next stop on the blog hop is Anji. Go check out what she has for you.
